Traditional and cutting-edge technology in classrooms

Technology can be a big help in the classroom. I feel the more we advance down the road of technology the easier it will become to teach students. things like smart boards, google classroom and others are good examples of technology that is used in today’s teaching. For example smart boards would be an effective learning tool for students because it can give in class activities a fun edge while also being super interactive. Google classroom for another example can be used for communication amongst students and teachers for things such as feedback and help with material that is being taught. other things like tablets and smartphones are good tools within the classroom because it helps with submitting assignments, communication between parties along with interactive lessons/ personalized learning. With all the new advancements in technology some of the traditional tech still has its place. things such as traditional textbooks and whiteboards can still be useful tools when it comes down to teaching giving students a break from the screens and having more physical copies of things to use. 

Smart boards can be a good use when it comes to interactive lessons.

Textbooks can still be a good source of material especially when there is no internet service.
